1. Who we are
FlyttWise is run by Sondre Eirik Krydsby Riis, an individual entrepreneur based in Hungary (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@flyttwise.com.
2. General information, not legal advice
FlyttWise turns your answers into a relocation checklist: which immigration routes appear relevant, which steps may apply to you, which documents you may need, and links to official sources. It is general information and planning help. It is not legal, tax, immigration or financial advice, and using FlyttWise does not create a lawyer–client or adviser relationship.
- Rules change and often depend on details we can't know. A plan can be incomplete, out of date or wrong for your situation.
- Parts of each plan are written by an AI model (Claude). We check its output against our library, but AI-written text can still contain mistakes.
- While FlyttWise is in early access, some content may be sample data. Plans that contain it are marked “Contains sample data”.
- A route that “appears relevant” does not mean you qualify for it. Only the authorities decide.
Always check important requirements with the relevant authority, using the official sources linked in your plan, or with a qualified professional before you act.
3. Using FlyttWise
- You must be at least 16 years old to use FlyttWise.
- You can build a plan without an account. It is then tied to your browser: if you clear your cookies or switch devices before saving it to an account, you may lose access to it. A plan made without an account is deleted after 12 months without activity (see the privacy policy).
- If you create an account, we sign you in with one-time links sent to your email. Keep access to your email account secure: anyone who can open those links can sign in.
- Answer the questionnaire honestly; a plan is only as good as its answers.
- Don't enter other people's personal details, or sensitive details about yourself, in free-text fields.
4. What you must not do
- break the law, or use FlyttWise to deceive anyone or the authorities;
- try to get around rate limits or security measures, access other people's data, or disrupt the service;
- scrape or copy the service in bulk, or use automated tools to create plans or waitlist entries;
- try to make the AI produce content unrelated to your move, or submit harmful or unlawful content.
We may suspend access or delete content that breaks these rules.
5. Price
FlyttWise is free to use today. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you the price and terms before you pay for anything.
6. Content and your plans
FlyttWise, its requirement library and its design belong to us or our licensors. Official sources we link to belong to their publishers. You may use your plans for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, including printing them or sharing them with people helping you move.
You keep any rights in what you enter. You allow us to use it to provide the service as described in our privacy policy. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve FlyttWise without owing you anything for it.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep FlyttWise available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. We may change, pause or stop the service or parts of it, including which moves we cover. A plan for a move we no longer cover stays readable as it was made, but is no longer updated.
8. Liability
Because FlyttWise is free general information (section 2), we are not liable for decisions you make based on a plan, or for losses such as missed deadlines, refused applications, fees or fines, to the extent the law allows.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for harm to life, physical integrity or health, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
9. Ending
You can stop using FlyttWise at any time, delete your plans in My plans, and ask us to delete your account at hello@flyttwise.com. We may close accounts that break these terms.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. Please contact us first: most problems can be sorted out quickly.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add features. We will update the date at the top, and tell you in advance about important changes if you have an account. If you keep using FlyttWise after a change applies, the new terms apply to you.
